Let's celebrate! CCWH campaign partners California Wilderness Coalition, or CalWild, are holding their first post-COVID event for the campaign later this month.
Toast to the Central Coast will take place on April 28th from 6:30-9:00pm in Ojai hosted our partners the Ojai Deer Lodge.
We will party with special musical guests Jon Swift & Friends and our coalition partners to raise awareness for this crucial wilderness bill that will spark the local economy, provide resilient habitat for wildlife, and add the highest forms of protection for iconic Central Coast lands and waters.
The Central Coast Wild Heritage campaign has been working on this bill for over 10 years! The bill, if passed, would protect just under 300K acres of wilderness, 159 miles of wild and scenic rivers, 8 climbing areas, 34K acres of Scenic Areas, and would designate the 400mi Condor National Recreation Trail!
